How Much Does Shipping Cost?

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over £499 or $629.64.
  • Standard Rates: For orders below this threshold, shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the items, as well as the delivery location.

Delivery Times

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:

  • 5-10 business days for domestic orders.
  • 7-14 business days for international orders.

Please note that these times may vary based on your location and external factors like weather conditions.

Types of Delivery

We provide several delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Curbside Delivery: Most larger items will be delivered curbside.
    • This means the delivery will be made to the end of your driveway.
    • You will need assistance to bring the items inside your home.
  • Inside Delivery: If you require inside delivery, please contact us ahead of time.
    • Additional charges may apply for this service.

UPON DELIVERY

When your order arrives, please follow these steps:

  1. Inspect the Package: Check for any visible damage before signing for it.
  2. Count the Items: Ensure that the number of boxes matches what is listed on the delivery receipt.
  3. Note Any Issues: If there are any damages or discrepancies, make sure to note them on the delivery receipt before signing.

If you notice any significant damage upon arrival, please refuse the shipment.

You won’t be charged extra for refusing damaged freight.

Important Reminders
  • If you sign for a package without noting damages, it may limit our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
  • Report any damages within 3 days of receiving your product so we can assist you in filing a claim.
Unable to Deliver

If we cannot deliver your order because we cannot reach you after processing and shipping, you will be responsible for all shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee.

Missed Delivery Appointments

If you miss a scheduled delivery appointment, a fee may apply.
