The Spirit CR800+ Recumbent Bike features a step-through frame and easy-adjust seat that make it easy for users to get on and find the most comfortable riding position. Oversized pedals with a fast-latching system keep your feet securely in place, with smooth rotations courtesy of the 14kg flywheel and generator system. 40 levels of resistance will keep users engaged, adjustable at just the touch of a button, and integrated pulse grips either side of the seat offers accurate heart rate monitoring (or connect your chest strap – not included – via Bluetooth). Track your workout (Manual, Hill, Fat Burn, Cardio, Strength, Interval, Custom, Fit Test (YMCA Protocol), 2 Heart Rate) on the bright white multi-window LED console. The console incorporates a USB port for device charging, a workout fan to keep you cool during workouts, and Bluetooth for connecting your chest strap/app and headphones.
