A 14kg flywheel ensures smooth pedalling, while its EMS system allows for frictionless changes between 40 resistance levels. The LCB’s padded, adjustable seat is supportive—great for those with lower back pain—with self-levelling pedals that feature a 2-degree inward design to ensure correct posture. The 10.1” touchscreen has an intuitive user interface for easy navigation through training programs and various fitness tests. The console has an integrated wireless charging area, plus a device holder above the screen, cooling fans and Bluetooth® speakers. With Bluetooth® 5.0 with FTMS protocol, you can connect to leading apps like Zwift and Kinomap, plus Strava, Apple Health Kit and more via the SOLE+ App. There are a selection of built-in workout programs to choose from, and for heart rate monitoring, the LCR includes hand pulse sensors on the handlebars, plus a built-in BLE and 5KHz receiver.
