There are 10 workout programmes built in, and you can view console apps such as Sprint 8 Virtual Active, MyFitnessPal, plus entertainment favourites like Netflix, Spotify, YouTube and more (subscriptions not included). Connect your console via WiFi for software updates, ViewFit connectivity, web browsing and entertainment apps. Get the most accurate heart rate feedback fitness equipment can provide with integrated Polar heart rate technology, with a Polar heart rate strap included with the XER. The TF30 Folding Treadmill features a convenient Space Saver design, enabling you to store the machine in a vertical position when not in use.
