For top comfort, the upright seat comes with 14 positions with deluxe upholstery, while self-balancing, cushioned pedals come with ratcheting straps for easy adjustments. The 18cm white LCD display of the new Track Connect 2.0 console features an instructional message centre and 3 custom workouts per user profile, alongside 15 workout options. Classic workouts: Manual, Random, Hill. Advanced workouts: EZ Resistance, Sport Training, Fit Test. Heart Rate Controlled Workouts: Fat Burn, Cardio, Heart Rate Hill™, Heart Rate Interval™, Extreme Heart Rate™. Goal Workouts: Calories, Distance, Target Heart Rate. The Track Connect 2.0 features enhanced Bluetooth® that enables pairing with an Apple Watch® or Samsung Galaxy Watch®, as well as Apple® or Android™ smartphones. This lets you connect seamlessly to the bike for extremely accurate workout information. A dual-zone design separates entertainment and workout specific areas. With built-in hand sensors and optional wireless chest strap connectivity, heart rate monitoring is at your convenience.
