The SOLE LCB Light Commercial Upright Bike has 40 levels of resistance and a 14kg / 31lb flywheel that offers smooth pedalling and makes transitions between resistance levels easy and frictionless. Its cushioned gel seat can be adjusted vertically and horizontally, maximising comfort and easy-of-use. The 10.1” touchscreen has an intuitive user interface for easy navigation through training programs and various fitness tests. The console has an integrated wireless charging area, plus a device holder above the screen, cooling fans and Bluetooth® speakers. With Bluetooth® 5.0 with FTMS protocol, you can connect to leading apps like Zwift and Kinomap, plus Strava, Apple Health Kit and more via the SOLE+ App. There are a selection of built-in workout programs to choose from, and for heart rate monitoring, the LCB includes hand pulse sensors on the handlebars, plus a built-in BLE and 5KHz receiver.
