The included SL console offers an intuitive exercise session, and is easy to get to grips with for users of all experience levels. Life Fitness have incorporated advancements in exerciser interaction, like Apple Gymkit technology and Bluetooth® connection, and built them into this updated LED platform. The console delivers 18 total in-built workouts, and displays your RPM, speed, calories, distance, time remaining, time elapsed, level, watts and heart rate. It features a USB port for device charging or software updates, quick connection to headphones and heart rate straps, and seamless connectivity to the free-to-download Life Fitness Connect app and Apple Watch®. Versatile handles with integrated resistance controls allow you to change your workout on the fly, and the multi-grip design lets you find a hand position that’s comfortable for you. Plus, stationary handles provide excellent exercise variety for when you specifically want to target the legs. For convenience heart rate monitoring, the LifePulse™ DSP (Digital Signal Processing) sensors are placed on the moving handles, while Polar® technology offers hands-free monitoring with a chest strap. Other features on the Club Series+ Cross Trainer include rear wheels for easy mobility, a smooth generator drive system, 25 resistance levels and a Titanium Storm finish.
